I know this sounds counterintuitive when the focus is usually on the children, but in this wild world (pleasant or not-so-pleasant), creating a sanctuary of calm for our families isn't just a luxury; it's essential.

Our Beginner’s Guide to Everyday Mindfulness for Parents Mini-Workshop is designed to help you integrate mindfulness practices into your daily routine with ease. Over seven days of short, simple lessons, you’ll learn practical tools to reduce stress, improve your well-being, and create a nurturing environment for both you and your children.

Each day includes 3 guided practices for you to choose from. After completing the workshop, you’ll be invited to continue your journey with the 21-day meditation challenge, receiving a new practice every day.
